# Gem Studio

**Objective:** Add and position the Marquise diamond.

### **Step 1: Gem Studio**

In the "Diamonds" tab, use the "Gem Studio" command.

### **Step 2: Gem Parameters**

Create a 0.35-carat, marquise stone. For vertical alignment, set the option to "Culet" and click "Add."

### **Steps 3: Gem Pose**&#x20;

Using the Gumball, move the gem 11.175 millimeters upwards. In a size 7 ring, this will position it 2.5 millimeters above the top point.
