# Exercise: Posing

In the file **Exercise Posing** we will find three models without posing.

Using what we have learned we will:

1- Get a pose like the one in the reference.

2- We will apply **SafeFrame**

3- We will save two different poses

**Tip:** We can group each ring, it will facilitate posing. Keeping the different views in mind will also make your job easier.
