  • Pro plan: Priority support by email and phone, with faster response times.

  • Enterprise plan: Dedicated and personalized support, including top-priority attention by email and phone, direct contact with the technical team, and the option to arrange online or video call support sessions if needed.

All users also have access to official documentation, tutorials, and self-service resources.
