# Exercise: Applying Materials

In the file **Exercise Applying Materials** we will find three models without materials.

We can also start from the file **Exercice Organazing our model** once we have finished the exercise from the previous lesson.

Using what we have learned, we will apply rendering materials so that the scene looks the same as the sample image:

**Tip:** To display the gems and diamonds we must be in the **Raytraced display mode.**<br>
