The **Taper** command deforms objects by tapering them toward or away from a specified axis. You define the start and end points of the axis, along with the taper distances. Several options modify how the tapering is applied, such as:

* **Copy**: Creates a copy of the objects when tapering.
* **Rigid**: Transforms object positions without deforming them.
* **Flat**: Produces a one-dimensional taper.
* **Infinite**: Applies the taper throughout the object, regardless of axis length.
* **PreserveStructure**: Maintains the control-point structure of curves and surfaces for accuracy.

These options allow for flexible and precise deformation of objects.
