What is Connect?
Connect is the central platform that brings together all the tools and workflows used in the co-designer ecosystem. It unifies everything your team needs to work with 3D models, collaborate with customers, manage content, generate renders, process orders, and operate AI-driven assistants.

Showcase and personalize your collections in-store with Showcase (previously Boutique), allowing your team to co-design with customers and deliver unique, unforgettable shopping experiences.
Manage, prepare, and present your 3D models in Canvas, generating high-quality renders, marketing assets, and integrating them easily into your website or e-commerce—no technical experience required.
Process and manage orders generated directly from Showcase, ensuring a smooth transition from customer selection to production.
Work with LOOM, the AI-powered rendering and photo-editing environment for jewelry, producing photorealistic images and enhanced visuals directly from your 3D models.
Share models and experiences instantly through URL, enabling clients, partners, or team members to view a design without installations or technical barriers.
Manage and operate AI Agents, including agents used inside RhinoArtisan. Our current agent, Erika Verderger, is the Connect co-designer agent—trained to assist with jewelry design tasks, product exploration, guided selling, and customer experience.
In short, Connect is the digital hub for everything related to your 3D designs, enabling anyone in your company to unlock the full potential of 3D, collaborate more efficiently, and turn every interaction into a business opportunity.
Main Areas
Connect is made of five main pillars, each with a clear and independent purpose:
1. Showcase
Showcase is the in-store experience. It is where collections, models, and configurators become interactive so your sales team can co-design with customers, explore options, and create personalized pieces. Every item displayed in Showcase can also generate an order directly inside Connect.
2. Canvas
Canvas is the backoffice creation and management environment. Here you prepare your collections, upload 3D models, configure features, generate images, and control how each piece will appear inside Showcase or on your website. It is the workspace for organizing all your 3D assets and preparing them for sales, marketing, and digital experiences.
3. Orders
Orders is the operational layer where all requests generated from Showcase are processed. From here, you can review, track, and manage every order: selected models, variants, customer choices, and internal workflows. Orders connects the in-store experience with your production and business processes.
4. LOOM
LOOM is the AI render and photo-editing environment for jewelry. Inside Connect you can generate photorealistic renders, enhance images, and create professional marketing visuals from your 3D models. LOOM works as your dedicated visual-creation engine.
5. AI Agents
The AI Agents area is where you manage the intelligent assistants that support your workflow — including the agents that operate inside RhinoArtisan.
Your current agent, Èrica Verdaguer, is the 3D jewelry design and modeling agent inside RhinoArtisan. She executes the commands you give her to create, modify, and adjust jewelry designs directly within RhinoArtisan, making the design process faster, more precise, and more accessible for your whole team.
