# What is the refund policy?

* **Monthly plans**: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to RhinoArtisan Connect until the end of the current billing period, but no refund will be issued for that month.
* **Annual plans**: If you purchase an annual plan, you are entitled to a full refund within the first 15 days after purchase. After this period, no refunds will be provided, but you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of the contracted period.
