The Free plan lets you create an organization with 1 user, upload up to 10 collections, 10 configurators, and 5 customizers, with canvas storage for up to 50 files. You can embed up to 10 3D configurators on your website, use limited plugins (WordPress, Shopify), share files, and receive email support.

Advanced features —such as AI Credits, full plugins, share notifications, custom logo, file-based AI training, AI Agents (Erica, Aarav, Ettore), or webhooks— are available in the Pro or Enterprise plans. The Free plan is perfect for exploring the platform, preparing collections, and testing core tools without commitment.
