What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your RhinoArtisan Connect subscription, you’ll continue to have access to your account and data until the end of your current billing period.

After that, your account will become inactive, but we’ll securely retain your data for a reasonable period (e.g., 30 days) so you can download or transfer your files if needed.

After this period, all data will be permanently deleted from our servers, ensuring your privacy and full compliance with regulations.
